Urban Decay Naked Reloaded Palette

1.Urban Decay Naked Reloaded Palette

I finally got my hands on the eyeshadow palette I talked about in my last Wish List, and I love it just as much as I thought I would!

While it will never replace the original Naked palette, I’m really into the shades in this palette; you can create so many looks, ranging from soft daytime ones to more dramatic, smoky nighttime looks.

If I had to pick just one palette to travel with, it’d definitely be this one because of its excellent range.

Isle of Paradise Self-Tanning Drops

2. Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops

I am soooo lazy about self-tanning, and these self-tanning drops are just about the easiest solution I’ve found to getting a low-key glow (or high-key, depending on how many drops you use!).

While you can probably use these in your body lotion as well, I’ve only used these on my face: you put a drop or two in your daily face moisturizer, and a tan develops over the next few hours.

The more drops you use, the tanner you will get, but I do caution you not to go overboard or you will look start looking orange. I use the “Medium – Golden Glow” drops; it also comes in lighter and darker colors, as well.

These days, I do not tan my face in the sun for fear of wrinkles, dark spots, and general skin damage, so these drops help me from looking pasty white and better match my face to the rest of my body’s coloring.

The size of this bottle should last a very long time, and it’s less expensive than the Tan-Luxe brand; plus, this brand has Sephora’s clean beauty seal.

Colourpop Spring Roll Creme Lux Lipstick

3. ColourPop Creme Lux Lipstick in Spring Roll

This season, I’m all about coral-colored lips. Though Colourpop’s website describes this new lipstick shade as a “sweet warm pinky nude,” I find it to be a muted coral, which is perfect for springtime.

I am a big fan of Colourpop – their products are super cheap, but good quality! This lipstick formula wears nicely and isn’t drying on the lips, plus it has plenty of pigmentation.

I think coral hues look especially great when you have a tan, so as we get into the summer I’ll transition to a slightly brighter, bolder shade.

1. Wooden Bags

It’s so fun to accessorize during the spring and summer seasons, and eye-catching bags are one of my favorite ways to do so.

While woven straw bags are definitely still in this season, beaded and wooden bags are taking center stage. Cult Gaia started the trend years ago, but its really caught fire as of late, and has such a summery feel.

There are plenty of chic, affordable options available now – all three of my picks above are under $70.

2. Puff Sleeves

Be sure to pick up a puff sleeve blouse or dress this season! This design is super on-trend and has a sweet, feminine vibe.

I’m currently into tops that have square or sweetheart necklines in conjunction with puff sleeves, as these highlight your decolletage and are a cute way to dress up your denim.
