  1.  Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette

Anyone else feel like they can never own enough eyeshadow palettes? While I’m probably already in possession of similar shades, there’s something about the amber hued neutrals in this new Naked palette that is seriously pulling at me. I think this palette would be especially great for those with blue eyes (like myself), since orange and brown eyeshadow shades are often considered most complimentary, according to the whole color wheel theory.

  2.  Louis Vuitton Palm Springs Backpack Mini

This is a WISH list, after all, and I’ve been wishing for the LV Palm Springs mini backpack for ages now. It’s just the most perfect size for everyday use and looks beyond chic. In fact, I am considering getting rid of my bulky Neverfull bag for one of these babies, which I could see myself getting more use of out. To be decided…

  3.  Triangl Allegra Bikini Set

My love of ribbed bikinis is no secret; they just look so luxe. I’m glad that the brand Triangl has expanded beyond their classic neoprene swimsuits to create more textured options, like this ribbed strapless bikini top and high waisted bottoms set. High-cut bottoms can help to elongate your legs and give you a flattering, vintage-inspired look. Plus, this suit is available in other gorgeous colors in addition to this yellow (including purple/blue and off-white), making it difficult to pick one!

  4.  Reformation Serengeti Dress

Reformation makes the most beautiful dresses using sustainable materials and methods to minimize negative environmental impact. Unfortunately, sometimes doing good by the environment costs you more, and their clothing is certainly a splurge. This white midi dress with a plunging neckline, tie-waist, and ruffled sleeves is such a classic, though, making it a real investment piece.

  5.  Adidas Originals Adilette Pool Slides

I love the fun twist on these Adidas Adilette slides– they feature the quintessential three stripe design in a fuzzy, terry cloth-esque material. You may have noticed the furry/fluffy slide sandal trend recently, but those are way too over-the-top for me; these are perfect because they have a textured look without going overboard. These slides would be great for the pool, the beach, or to wear with athleisure looks.

  6.  Indigo&Lavender Small Lucena Shopper Basket Bag

Is this not the cutest straw bag you’ve ever seen?! It’s so tastefully made and functional, with two different strap lengths. I would be all over this bag if I hadn’t just ordered a different straw tote bag (which I can’t wait to show you guys!). The size of this bag is so perfect to wear out and about with your summer outfits, and is surprisingly affordable.

  • TV Series: Gypsy, a Netflix original series

YOU GUYS. This new show is a total mindf*ck in the best way. If you’re into movies like The Girl on the Train or Gone Girl, you will love Gypsy, which is categorized as a psychological thriller. I finished the entire season over the course of a weekend, which goes to show how binge-worthy it is. I love series and books which keep me guessing, and this show is full of crazy, unexpected twists as its plot progresses. The first episode is a little slow, but STICK WITH IT! Once you’re a couple episodes in, you won’t be able to stop watching. And once you do watch it, LMK so we can talk about it because its been on my brain non-stop. #obsessed

  • Albums: A.CHAL “On Gaz” & DJ Khaled “Grateful

If you haven’t heard of A.CHAL yet, check his music out ASAP and thank me later. It’s hard to describe his musical style; I’d say it’s hip hop with vocals often in Spanglish over chill, hazy beats– basically the answer to my musical dreams. His album On Gaz came out in June and the songs “Cuánto” and “Love N Hennessy” have been heavy in my rotation since then. “Vibe W/U” from his previous album, “Welcome to Gazi,” is another favorite of mine.

While DJ Khaled has become almost more recognizable as a pop culture figure known for his catchphrases rather than his music, his album Grateful, absolutely kills it. The vocals really came through for this album, which features just about every superstar artist (Drake, Future, Migos, Rihanna, Jay Z, Beyoncé, Travis Scott… and the list goes on). It’s difficult to even narrow down my favorite songs because almost every single one is a banger. Aside from popular radio tracks like “Shining” and “Wild Thoughts,” be sure to listen to “Good Man” (featuring Pusha T and Jadakiss), “On Everything” (ft. Travis Scott, Rick Ross, & Big Sean), and “Whatever” (ft. Future, Rick Ross, Young Thug, & 2 Chainz).

  • Starbucks Drink: Matcha Lemonade

Starbucks came out with this drink last month, and it’s so refreshing! I’m slowly getting into matcha after being an iced green tea devotee for the longest time, and this is the perfect drink to help get yourself used to the stronger flavor of matcha. At first sip, this drink is a little bizarre, but as you keep drinking it you’ll get hooked. The lemonade helps balance out the matcha so that this drink is partially sweet and partially tart, and especially great on a hot day. The only downside is that this drink does have sugar/calories, where as my usual unsweetened green tea does not. However, this drink also has more caffeine, which some days is just necessary. ? Try it out!

Would love to hear your thoughts on this month’s wish list and favorites! Not sure if I’ll be doing a favorites section every month going forward, but this month I couldn’t resist sharing some of my current loves. LMK what you thought!
